Chicken & Beer

I like the sound of that. Here’s a little recipe for ya.

Find a chicken. Chase it, grab it, kill it, pluck it, clean it, chop it, stop, format it.
Take some herbs like sage and thyme. Pour some good olive oil over your chick.
Mash some garlic and rub it in with the herbs, pepper and sea salt. Wait a minute. Let it marinate.
Put a pan on full heat. When it’s hot, put the marinated chicken in the pan. Turn frequently, let it get nice and brown. When the chicken is crispy on both sides, add a little white wine. Let it reduce. Then pour in another little bit of wine. Let it reduce again. Keep doing this until the chicken is cooked and you have a gorgeous sauce. Serve with rice and vegetables or whatever it is you like. Grab a cold beer from the fridge. Sit down, forget everything, dig in.
